Brandon is a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic who has been an integral part of Geographe Civil since beginning his apprenticeship in 2012. Over the years, he has continuously expanded his technical expertise and leadership abilities, working his way up from an apprentice to his current role as Workshop Manager. With a deep understanding of heavy machinery and fleet management, Brandon plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of Geographe Civil’s equipment.
With extensive hands-on experience working on Caterpillar machinery, Mack trucks, and various small plant equipment, Brandon has built a strong technical foundation in servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs. His in-depth knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems enables him to effectively oversee fleet maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime across the company’s operations.
As Workshop Manager, Brandon is responsible for the management and upkeep of Geographe Civil’s entire fleet, ranging from small plant machinery to large-scale earthmoving equipment. His leadership extends beyond just maintenance—he is deeply involved in mentoring and training his team of mechanics, servicemen, and apprentices. By passing down his knowledge and expertise, he ensures that the team operates at the highest standard, maintaining the company’s reputation for reliability and excellence.
Brandon’s strong organizational skills, punctuality, and time management allow him to effectively oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop. He is responsible for scheduling vehicle and equipment servicing, coordinating repairs, and ensuring that all maintenance work is completed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards. His proactive approach to fleet management helps prevent breakdowns, improve safety, and enhance overall operational productivity.
