Community Engagement
sponsorships
Geographe Civil is committed to reinvesting in our local community wherever possible. We proudly support several local sports organisations, including the Eaton Boomers Football Club, the South West Slammers, the Dardanup Cricket Club, the ACES Basketball Club, and the Bunbury Regional Athletics Club. Through our contributions, we aim to help these clubs equip their players and members with the essential resources and services necessary for the successful operation of their programs.
Employment Support Agencies
Geographe Civil have been working with various Employment Support Agencies in the Bunbury Region, using agencies such as MAX Employment Solutions, ReadyForce Personnel, IPS Management, WorkPac and Activ Foundation.
These agencies help us to increase our workforce or employ workers as subcontractors.
Geographe Civil is a big believer in supporting our community by using local companies to assist us in ensuring we have the best people for the job.
Geographe Civil have previously worked with MAX Employment and IPS Management, donating a site for simulated training for their Local Jobs Program. Indigenous participants who are completing their certificates in Civil Construction had the opportunity to use our site for their practical learning.

work experience
Geographe Civil partners with the local public and private schools within the region, to provide work experience placements. We have been able to provide work placements to students for experience in surveying, civil construction and in our mechanical workshop.
In addition, Geographe Civil has partnered with the South Regional TAFE to provide work placements for students who currently complete Certificates in Civil Construction. This experience allows students to complete their required practical hours and provide them with on the job experience for future endeavors.
