Supervisor

Jedd began his career in construction as an apprentice in 2019 before joining Geographe Civil in 2020 as a labourer. His dedication and eagerness to learn saw him transition into machine operations by mid-2020, and he was promoted to Crew Leader in 2023. Now a Supervisor, Jedd leads earthworks teams, ensuring high-quality project execution and effective resource management across a variety of projects.

Specialising in earthworks, Jedd has experience in final trim grader operations, team leadership, and resource management. He has played a key role in delivering major projects, including the Iluka Coal Storage Pad, Axis Hire Yard Expansion, and The Promenade Extension. His expertise in managing site operations and coordinating teams ensures efficient project execution. With experience in multiple disciplines he brings a well-rounded skill set to the table, contributing to the successful delivery of our projects.

As a Supervisor at Geographe Civil, Jedd is responsible for overseeing project execution, maintaining quality control, and ensuring efficient site operations. He thrives in problem-solving, and team collaboration, using his skills to align teams with project objectives.

Jedd holds a Certificate III in Civil Construction, a Certificate IV in Supervision and Civil Construction, and multiple machinery and vehicle licenses. Actively involved in the Geographe Civil Future Leaders Program, he is committed to ongoing professional development, aiming to progress into a management role in operations.
