Kevin brings over 35 years of experience in the Mining and Civil industry, specializing in design and construction. His expertise includes mine management activities such as load and haul operations, ROM management, rehabilitation, and tailings dam construction, as well as large-scale civil infrastructure projects.

With a strong focus on leadership, he fosters a collaborative and safety-driven workplace culture while driving innovation and operational efficiency. Kevin has successfully managed projects ranging from $500,000 to $250 million, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

Notable projects include the Muja Power Station Tailings Dam, where he managed construction of a 5-metre dam raise using locally sourced materials, overcoming challenging ground conditions to deliver a cost-effective and timely solution. At Boddington Gold Mine, he led a team of 130 operators, engineers, and subcontractors in the continuous 5-metre raise of a 14 km-long tailings dam, maintaining operational use through strategic scheduling and material sourcing.

His expertise in project scheduling, financial planning, cash flow management, cost-saving strategies, HR and OSHE compliance, and technology integration makes him a key asset to our team at Geographe Civil.
