Matthew Falloon

Operations Manager

Matt has a wealth of knowledge regarding the operations of civil works, starting his career as an Operator. Matt began working with Geographe Civil in 2013 as a Supervisor. Matt has progressed through to his current role as the Operations Manager in late 2019.

Matt’s responsibilities include:

• Project pre-planning

• Subcontractor management

• Liaising with the Clients

• Safety monitoring and risk management

• Resourcing

• Site coordination to meet agreed construction programmes
